Pam Golding Hotels was founded by Joop Demes in
1997 to service the corporate hotel market in
Southern Africa and the Indian Ocean and is the
market leader in hotel investment transactions,
development facilitation and operator procurement

Pam Golding Lodges and Guesthouses
Pam Golding Lodges and Guesthouses is another
specialist hospitality company formed by Demes
in 2005 to service the market for (Game) Lodges,
Guesthouses and Boutique Hotels up to around
45 rooms. PGLAG already dominates the market
place and operates throughout South and Southern
Africa with offices in Durban, Eastern Cape,
Western Cape, Knysna and Johannesburg. The company
is headed by Leonard Brewer and Peter Bruil,
both of whom have hospitality experience at
owner level.
